The Minsheng Bank Building, also known as the Wuhan International Securities Building, is a tall office skyscraper in Wuhan, Hubei, China. It is the tallest building in mainland China built entirely of steel and without a reinforced concrete core.

Construction started on January 6, 2001, and was completed on June 19, 2008. The building is 331 meters tall (about 1,086 feet), with a roof height of 290 meters (950 feet) and the top floor at 237.4 meters (779 feet). It has 68 floors and a total floor area of about 110,000 square meters (1.2 million square feet). It was designed by the Wuhan Architectural Design Institute.
