Rotundopotamonautes mutandensis is an endangered freshwater crab in East Africa. It belongs to the family Potamonautidae and lives in Lake Mutanda and Lake Kivu, in Uganda, Rwanda, and the Democratic Republic of the Congo. The species was described by Chace in 1953 and has also been known as Potamon mutandensis.
