Issa Baradji (born 15 June 1995) is a French footballer who plays as a forward for Bobigny AC. He was born in Créteil, France, is 1.87 m tall, and has Malian and Ivorian heritage. He has represented Mali at youth level.

Baradji began his career with Guingamp and Ajaccio. He made his Ligue 1 debut for Ajaccio on 22 March 2014 against Valenciennes, scoring the last two goals in a 3–2 win. In January 2015 he signed with Belgian club R. White Star Bruxelles and later spent time on loan at SR Colmar.

His later clubs include Red Star, Gil Vicente, Trélissac, Feignies Aulnoye, and Bobigny AC, which he joined in 2019.

Internationally, Baradji played for Mali’s under-23 team in 2016, earning four appearances. He participated in the Toulon Tournament, coming on as a 51-minute substitute in a 1–0 loss to the Czech Republic U20s.
