Gar Ab, Alborz
Gar Ab (Persian: گراب) is a village in Jovestan Rural District, Bala Taleqan District, Taleqan County, Alborz province, Iran. As of the 2016 census, its population was 102 people in 40 households.
The village was previously part of Bala Taleqan Rural District in the former Taleqan District of Savojbolagh County, Tehran province, where it had 142 residents in 40 households in 2006. In 2008, Taleqan District became Taleqan County. The rural district was moved to the new Bala Taleqan District and renamed Jovestan Rural District. In 2010, Taleqan County became part of the newly established Alborz province.
