Rotaliotina springsteeni is a small sea snail in the Liotiidae family. It has a nearly flat, round shell 8–10 mm in diameter, with 3½ whorls and blunt double spines. This marine snail lives off the coasts of the Philippines and Thailand. It was described in 1988 by J. H. McLean and is named after Foster James "Jim" Springsteen, an amateur malacologist who published Shells of the Philippines. Synonym: Pseudoliotina springsteeni.
