Roberval "Tico" dos Santos, born November 15, 1969, in São Paulo, is a Brazilian archer. He started archery in 1989 as a hobby after buying his first bow and became a professional in 1995, after finishing second at the Brazilian Nationals. In 1996 he joined the Brazilian national team to compete at the Pan-American Championship in Mexico City. His first World Championship was in 1997, where he finished eighth.

When the FITA Archery World Cup started in 2006, with four stages and a final for the top four, dos Santos won the third stage in Antalya, Turkey, becoming the first Brazilian to win a World Class Event in archery. In 2007 he had top finishes in three of the four stages and qualified for the World Cup Finals in Dubai. There he lost in the semi-finals on a tiebreaker arrow to Jorge Jimenes of El Salvador, but defeated Sebatien Brasseur of France to win the bronze, finishing the year ranked third in the world. In 2008 he set a Pan American record with 1403 points in the FITA Round (out of 1440), becoming the 17th person to score over 1400.
