Ben Dent
Ben Dent (born 27 September 1991) is a German rugby league player who currently plays for the Goole Vikings in the RFL League 1. He mainly plays on the wing.
Dent began his club career with the York City Knights in 2012, appearing in many games and scoring regularly. After the 2017 season he moved to Newcastle Thunder. In 2018 he briefly switched codes to rugby union with York RUFC. On 29 October 2024 it was announced that he had signed for Goole Vikings.
Internationally, Dent represents Germany. He made his debut in 2016 against the Wales Dragonhearts and scored a try. He was part of Germany’s squad for the 2021 World Cup qualifiers.
Across his club career, Dent has played around 98 games and scored more than 40 tries, with Goole being his latest team from 2024 onward.
