Robert de Ros, 1st Baron Ros de Werke (died c.1297) was an English noble who ruled Warke and Sanquhar. He was the eldest son of Robert de Ros of Wark and Margaret de Brus, and he was summoned to Parliament on 24 June 1295. In 1296 he joined the Scots and fought against England during the First War of Scottish Independence. For treason, King Edward I attainted him in 1297, taking away his English lands and titles. His younger brother William inherited their mother's Kendal estate, and Wark was given to his cousin William Ros, 1st Baron Ros of Helmsley. He married Laura, whose family background is unknown. They had children.
