Rob Dixon (born 13 July 1964 in York, England) is a British former strongman and now ultramarathon runner. He won Britain's Strongest Man in 1997 and became a regular at the World's Strongest Man events. He lived in Sand Hutton and owned Samson and Delilah's Fitness Centres in Haxby and Pocklington.

In 2000 he went to Sun City for the World's Strongest Man. He finished second in his group to reach the final, but an injury forced him to retire after the second event, leaving him 10th overall. He returned in 2001 and finished third in his heat, narrowly missing the final.

Dixon helped train Mark Westaby after Westaby asked for guidance in 2002; Westaby would later compete several times at the World's Strongest Man. Dixon later moved to France to focus on snowboarding. After leaving strongman, he lost about 100 pounds and began running ultramarathons for charity. In July 2016 he completed The Wolds Way, a 79-mile route, in 14 hours 56 minutes.
