Rizal Tower
Rizal Tower is a residential skyscraper in Rockwell Center, Makati, Metro Manila, Philippines. Completed in 2000, it stands 155.9 meters tall with 47 floors and a floor area of 57,620 square meters. The building is located at 31 Residential Drive, Rockwell Center. It is owned by Rockwell Land Corporation and managed by Rockwell Property Management Corporation. Architects were Skidmore, Owings & Merrill and Palafox Associates, with Skidmore, Owings & Merrill also serving as the structural engineer. The main contractor was DMCI Construction. Rizal Tower is officially ranked as the 37th tallest building in the Philippines. Amenities include a swimming pool, a library, a function room, a helipad, and an access tunnel to Power Plant Mall, plus three gardens—Oval Garden, Sunken Garden, and Pocket Garden—in a tropical landscape setting.
