Ricky Revene Frazier (born February 9, 1958) is a former American basketball player from Charleston, Missouri. He started his college career at Saint Louis University and transferred to Missouri in 1980, where he helped the Tigers win three Big Eight Conference titles and reach the NCAA Tournament. Frazier led Missouri in scoring in 1980 and 1981 and once held the school’s single-season field goal percentage record. He was drafted by the Chicago Bulls in 1982, in the second round as the 26th overall pick. A 6-foot-6 small forward weighing 185 pounds, Frazier earned third-team All-American honors in 1982 and was the Big Eight Player of the Year that year. He was also named to Missouri’s Team of the Decade for the 1980s. He attended Charleston High School in Missouri.
