Richard Andrew Zemlak (born March 3, 1963 in Wynyard, Saskatchewan) is a Canadian former professional ice hockey forward. He was 6 ft 2 in tall, weighed 190 lb, and played right wing. Zemlak played five NHL seasons for the Quebec Nordiques, Minnesota North Stars, Pittsburgh Penguins, and Calgary Flames. He was drafted 209th overall in the 1981 NHL Entry Draft by the St. Louis Blues. He also spent a brief period with Klagenfurter AC in Austria during the 1990–91 season. Zemlak retired from playing in 1994 and later worked as a realtor in Lakeville, Minnesota. Teammate Herb Brooks praised his work ethic, saying, "He always brought his lunch bucket."
