Holosiro is a small genus of mite harvestmen, arachnids in the family Sironidae. They are found in North America, in the United States, with species recorded from California and Oregon. The genus was first described by Ewing in 1923, with Holosiro acaroides as the type species. For a time, Holosiro was treated as a junior synonym of the genus Siro, described by Latreille in 1797. The name Holosiro is masculine and is derived from Siro.
