Ricardo Filipe Lima Duarte (born 12 February 1980) is a Portuguese football manager from Barcelos. He has also worked as an assistant professor at the University of Lisbon, teaching football at the Faculty of Human Motricity.

Duarte began his coaching career as an assistant at Juventude de Évora (2007–2008) and later at Vitória de Setúbal (2016–2017). In 2018 he moved to Finland to work as an assistant coach at Vaasan Palloseura (VPS) under Petri Vuorinen. Later in 2018 he was named training director of the Football Association of Finland.

On 4 August 2020 he was appointed head coach of IF Gnistan in Finland’s second tier, Ykkönen. In October 2021 he became the manager of Veikkausliiga club AC Oulu. He helped AC Oulu secure a league spot by defeating RoPS in the relegation play-offs. In 2022 AC Oulu finished seventh in Veikkausliiga. In the 2023 Finnish League Cup, Oulu reached the final but lost to HJK. He left AC Oulu in August 2023 after the season as his option was not exercised, and on 25 August 2023 his contract was terminated following a Finnish Cup semi-final loss and poor league results.

On 30 October 2023 Duarte returned to Portugal as head coach of Vianense in Liga 3. He was dismissed on 29 January 2024 after nine league matches (one win, three draws, five losses).

On 21 June 2024 he was appointed manager of FC Lahti in Veikkausliiga after the club sacked its previous coach. Lahti finished the season in 11th place and were relegated after a 2–1 loss to FF Jaro in the relegation play-offs in late October.
