Rehab Ahmed
Rehab Ahmed (born 2 March 1991) is an Egyptian Paralympic powerlifter who competes mainly in the 50 kg weight class. She won silver medals at the Paralympic Games in Rio in 2016 and Tokyo in 2020 in the women’s 50 kg event, and she set a Paralympic record by lifting 117 kg on her first attempt and 120 kg on her second at Tokyo. Ahmed has also won gold at the World Para Powerlifting Championships three times: 2017 in Mexico City, 2019 in Nur-Sultan, and 2021 in Tbilisi. She also competed at the 2024 Paris Paralympics in the 55 kg category.
