Reed F. Cutler (January 31, 1887 – December 28, 1964) was an American lawyer and Republican politician from Illinois. He was born on a farm in Union Township, Fulton County, Illinois, and went to Avon High School. He studied at Knox College, the University of Illinois, Northwestern University School of Law, and earned his law degree from Chicago-Kent College of Law. Cutler taught school and served as a principal before practicing law in Lewistown, Illinois. He was admitted to the Illinois bar in 1915. In 1917, he served as Fulton County’s state's attorney. From 1923 to 1955, he served in the Illinois House of Representatives. He died in a hospital in Peoria, Illinois.
