Rafiq Ansari (born 5 November 1962) is an Indian politician from Meerut, Uttar Pradesh. He is a member of the Samajwadi Party and has been the Member of the Uttar Pradesh Legislative Assembly (MLA) for the Meerut constituency since 11 March 2017, succeeding Laxmikant Bajpai. He is married to Khursheeda and has seven children. His father is M. Yaseen. He completed schooling up to the 8th grade.
