Pseudotelphusa confixa
Pseudotelphusa confixa is a small moth in the Gelechiidae family, first described by Edward Meyrick in 1918. It is found in South Africa and has a wingspan of about 11–12 mm. The forewings are dark grey sprinkled with white, with several elongated blackish spots along the leading edge near the base, near the middle, and at about two-thirds. A black streak runs from under the first spot along the fold toward the wing tip. The two black discal spots are connected by a black dash, with the second spot followed by a dash reaching nearly to the apex. There are cloudy black dots along the posterior part of the leading edge and outer edge. The hindwings are grey and thinner near the base. Synonym: Telphusa confixa Meyrick, 1918.
