Polybotrya is a genus of ferns in the Dryopteridaceae family, within the subfamily Polybotryoideae. In the Pteridophyte Phylogeny Group classification of 2016 (PPG I), Polybotrya is placed in this group. A known species found in Peru is Polybotrya caudata.

Synonyms used in the past for Polybotrya include Soromanes, Amphisoria, Botryothallus, Eotoneura, and Granulina.

As of January 2020, the World Checklist of Ferns and Lycophytes recognized several species within Polybotrya.
