Phil Starr
Phil Starr (March 31, 1932 – October 18, 2005), born Arthur James Fuller, was a gay cabaret comedian and singer. He was a regular performer in the London and south coast gay scene from the 1950s until his death. Starr was known for his old-school act: long, witty shaggy-dog stories that usually ended with a funny twist.
