Peter Adjey is a Canadian football long snapper for the Ottawa Redblacks in the CFL. He was born on June 20, 1999, in Santa Barbara, California. He attended Leaside High School and played U Sports football for the Queen’s Gaels from 2018 to 2021. He is 6 feet 3 inches tall and weighs 230 pounds.

Adjey was drafted in the third round (28th overall) of the 2022 CFL draft by the Edmonton Elks and signed with them on May 11, 2022. He won the long snapper job after training camp and made his pro debut on June 11, 2022, against the BC Lions. He played all 18 regular-season games in 2022, with three special-teams tackles and one fumble recovery. In 2023, he again played all 18 games and had two special-teams tackles.

On May 1, 2024, Adjey was traded to the Ottawa Redblacks for a third-round pick in the 2025 CFL draft. In October 2024, he signed a two-year contract extension with Ottawa.
