Pedro Alcalá Guirado (born 19 March 1989) is a Spanish footballer who plays as a central defender. He was born in Mazarrón, Region of Murcia, and is 1.96 meters tall.

Alcalá came through Málaga CF’s youth system and made one first-team appearance in the 2006–07 season in the Segunda División. He spent the next seasons on loan in the third level with AD Alcorcón (2007–08), UD Marbella (2008–09), and Real Unión (2009–10).

Afterwards he played for Getafe B (2010–11) and Almería B (2011–13), before joining Real Murcia in 2013–14. A year later he moved to Llagostera. On 30 August 2015 he signed with Girona FC, where he became a regular starter and helped the team win promotion to La Liga in 2017. He made his La Liga debut for Girona on 19 August 2017 in a 2–2 draw with Atlético Madrid and scored his first La Liga goal on 26 August 2017 in a 1–0 win over Málaga.

In October 2020, Alcalá signed a two-year contract with Cádiz CF after leaving Girona. On 13 August 2021 he joined Cartagena, where he played for several seasons. He has represented Spain at youth level, earning caps for the U17 and U20 teams.

As of 2025, his club history includes Cartagena, and in 2026 he joined Gimnàstic de Tarragona.
