Paweł Michał Sarna (born 12 June 1984 in Nowy Sącz) is a Polish slalom canoeist who competed internationally from 2000 to 2010, mainly in the C2 category. He won a bronze medal in the C2 team event at the 2003 ICF Canoe Slalom World Championships in Augsburg. He also earned two silver and two bronze medals in the C2 team event at the European Championships. He competed in two Summer Olympics, with his best finish being eighth in the C2 event in Beijing 2008. Throughout his career he had several C2 partners, most successfully with Marcin Pochwała from 2001 to 2008, and later with Grzegorz Wójs in 2009 and Dawid Dobrowolski in 2010. He also competed in junior and under-23 events early on, including the Junior World Championships in 2002 and U23 European Championships in the mid-2000s.
