Paula Plichta, born 20 September 1991 in Olsztyn, Poland, is a Polish artistic gymnast who also competes in CrossFit. She represents Poland for the club UKS SMS Olsztyn and is coached by Przemyslaw Lis.

Plichta competed at multiple World Championships, beginning in 2006, contributing to Poland’s team results in the high teens: 21st in 2006, 22nd in 2007, 17th in 2010, and 17th in 2014. She won a vault gold at the 2010 Osijek World Cup and earned a bronze on vault at the 2014 Cottbus World Cup. At the 2015 European Games she dislocated her elbow during warmups for vault and only competed on uneven bars, with Poland finishing 11th in the team event.

Domestically, she has won several Polish Championship medals: bronze in the all-around in 2016, bronze in 2017, silver on floor in 2018, silver on vault and floor and bronze on balance beam in 2019, and bronze on floor in 2020. Since 2016 she has mostly competed at national events. Plichta also has an uneven bars dismount named after her in the Code of Points.
