Paul Brown Tiger Stadium
Paul Brown Tiger Stadium (P.B.T.S.) is a high school football stadium in Massillon, Ohio. It is the home field for Massillon Washington High School’s Tigers. The stadium seats about 16,600, with room for more than 19,000 with extra seating. It was built in 1938–39 with Works Progress Administration funds and opened in 1939. It was originally named Tiger Stadium and later renamed to honor Paul Brown, a famous former Tigers coach. The address is 1 Paul E Brown Drive SE, Massillon, OH 44646. The field has Field Turf.
The stadium hosts regular-season games, OHSAA playoff games, and the annual Pro Football Hall of Fame drum and bugle corps competition. It is listed as a historic site by Ohio.
Next to the stadium is the Paul L. David Athletic Training Center, built in 2008 with a $3 million donation from Jeff David in honor of his father as part of the D.R.E.A.M. project. The 80,000-square-foot facility is the largest indoor football practice facility in Ohio and one of the largest for a high school in the nation.
