Patania crocealis is a moth in the Crambidae family. It is found in France and has a wingspan of about 32 mm (1.3 inches). It was first described by Duponchel in 1834. The species has also been named Botys crocealis, Pleuroptya crocealis, Botys aurantiacalis, and Pleuroptya aurantiacalis. Previously, it was listed as a synonym of Patania balteata.
