Parklands is an electoral ward in Newcastle upon Tyne, England. It covers the northern edge of the Gosforth area, north of the Metro line, and is split by the Great North Road. It lies between the A1 to the west and the A189 to the east.

The ward has lots of green space, including Gosforth Park Race Course, Gosforth Wood, Gosforth Lake, and several golf courses. Melton Park contains the remains of a medieval chapel, which is protected as a scheduled monument.

Since boundary changes in 2018, Parklands is divided into six polling districts. The number of eligible voters rose from 8,639 in 2019 to 8,848 in 2020. There are six schools in the ward.

Parklands is part of the Newcastle upon Tyne North parliamentary constituency. Its councillors are Pauline Allen, Robin Ashby and Christine Morrissey, all from the Liberal Democrats. The post town is Newcastle upon Tyne, the postcode district is NE3, and the dialling code is 0191. The ward is in the Tyne and Wear metropolitan area of the North East of England, United Kingdom.
