Mohammadabad (Persian: محمدآباد) is a village in Chelav Rural District, Emamzadeh Abdollah District, Amol County, Mazandaran province, Iran. In 2016, about 986 people lived there in 324 households. In 2006, the population was 914 in 240 households, when it was part of the Central District. In 2011, the population was 1,053 in 336 households, after the rural district became part of the new Emamzadeh Abdollah District. The village follows Iran Standard Time (UTC+3:30).
