Parascaptia biplagata is a moth in the Arctiinae subfamily. It was described by George Thomas Bethune-Baker in 1908. It is found in Papua New Guinea and Australia. The species has two older names: Garudinia aureopurpurata and Garudinia trifasciata, both described by Rothschild in 1912.
