Paragraph 78 is a 2007 Russian sci‑fi action film directed by Mikhail Khleborodov. It was released in two parts: Paragraph 78, Punkt 1 on February 22, 2007, and Paragraph 78, Punkt 2 on March 29, 2007. The screenplay is based on a 1995 story by Ivan Okhlobystin, and a novel inspired by the film was written by Andrey Lazarchuk in February 2007.

Plot
In a future where soft drugs are legal, bowling is an Olympic sport, and new blocs like the Asian Union and the United Pan-American States exist, an assault group led by Gudvin breaks apart after a clash with Skif. Five years later, Lisa has married Gudvin. Although Russia, the Asian Union, and the United Pan-American States sign a disarmament treaty, they remain tense rivals. A secret Arctic Island lab triggers an emergency beacon, risking discovery by other nations. Gudvin brings his former team back together to stop the beacon. The team—including Spam, Luba, Festival, Pai, and Skif—heads to the island to infiltrate the base and disable the beacon.
