Georg Zwade (5 October 1893 – 1968) was a German army officer who reached the rank of Generalmajor. Born in Berlin, he served from 1913 to 1945 across the German Empire, the Weimar Republic and Nazi Germany. In World War II he commanded several divisions, including the 208th, 330th, 321st and 367th Infantry Divisions, the 155th Infantry Division, and the LXXII Army Corps. Zwade fought in the Balkans, on the Eastern Front, in Romania and in Italy, where he surrendered to the Allies at Belluno. He died in 1968 in Rheda, Westphalia, Germany, and he received the German Cross in Gold.
