Panni, also called Parni, is a Pashtun tribe living mainly in Afghanistan and Pakistan. They speak Pashto and follow the Pashtunwali code. The Panni are made up of several clans and live in rural areas and towns in parts of southern Afghanistan and nearby Pakistan. They share customs with other Pashtun groups, such as hospitality and respect for elders. Many Panni people work in farming, trade, and other everyday jobs.
