Panamint Springs is a private resort in Inyo County, California. It includes a motel, cabins, RV and tent campsites, a restaurant, and a gas station, all run by Cassell Enterprises, LLC, and sits at about 1,926 feet in elevation along State Route 190 between Old Toll Road and Panamint Valley Road. It is known as the last gas station and small store along SR 190 in that direction, near Star Wars Canyon, and Caltrans lists the nearby SR 190/Panamint Valley Road intersection as Panamint Junction, about 2.5 miles east of Panamint Springs. Towne Pass is about 13.9 miles east on SR 190, beyond which the road drops more than 5,000 feet to the dry Lake Manly bed. The Darwin Falls Wilderness lies just west of the resort, and Darwin Falls—a year-round water source in this arid region—is located in Death Valley National Park; the trail to the falls is reached by a dirt road 1/4 mile west of the resort.

Panamint Springs was opened in 1937 to serve visitors on the new toll road. It has changed hands several times and has been owned by the Cassell Family since 2006. The site once hosted Panamint Springs Airport (1989–1998) near SR 190, and during World War II Panamint Spring Auxiliary Airfield operated about two miles north for pilot training; both airfields were abandoned afterward.
