Péter Várhelyi

Péter Várhelyi (born April 15, 1950) is a Hungarian sprint canoer who competed in the early 1970s. He won three medals at the ICF Canoe Sprint World Championships: a gold in K-1 4 x 500 m (1975) and bronzes in K-4 1000 m (1970, 1971). He also finished sixth in the K-4 1000 m at the 1972 Olympic Games in Munich.
