Out of Time is a 1988 dance-pop/freestyle single by Noel from the album Noel. The 5:03 track was released on 4th & B'way and written by Ish Ledesma and Noel Pagan, with production by Ish Ledesma, Robert Clivillés, and David Cole. It followed the single "Like a Child" and preceded "Change" (1989). "Out of Time" was Noel's second and last number-one on the dance chart, staying on the chart for ten weeks. It did not chart on other charts.
