Onuka (band)
Onuka is a Ukrainian electro-folk band formed in 2013 by Nata Zhyzhchenko and Yevhen Filatov. The name Onuka means “granddaughter” in Ukrainian, a tribute to Zhyzhchenko’s grandfather who made traditional folk instruments. They mix electronic music with Ukrainian folk sounds and use instruments like bandura and sopilka, along with electronic drums and brass.
