State Route 719 (SR 719) is a very short east–west highway in central Ohio, entirely in Muskingum County. It runs 0.61 miles (980 meters) through parts of Zanesville, South Zanesville, and Springfield Township. Maintained by ODOT, SR 719 was built between 1989 and 1992 on a new alignment and has had no major changes since.

The route starts at a signalized intersection of US 22 and SR 93 (Maysville Avenue) on the border between South Zanesville and Zanesville. It crosses railroad tracks, meets June Parkway, and then continues east as a four-lane undivided road flanked by embankments and woods. It briefly enters Springfield Township before returning to Zanesville and ending at a signalized intersection with SR 555 and Moxahala Avenue, about one block west of SR 555’s crossing of the Muskingum River and near its junction with SR 60.

SR 719 connects the US 22/SR 93 concurrency with SR 555. It is not part of the National Highway System.
