Nurbol Zhumaskaliyev (born 11 May 1981 in Oral, Kazakh SSR) is a Kazakh football coach and former player. He is the manager of Tobol and an assistant coach for Kazakhstan's national team; he played as an attacking midfielder or forward and is 1.74 meters tall. His youth club was Namys in Almaty, coached by Talgat Nurmagambetov. He began his senior career at Akzhayik, then Zhetysu, and became Tobol's captain from 2000–2010, with 300 league appearances and 127 goals. He also played for Lokomotiv Astana and Irtysh and returned to Tobol in 2012–2016 and 2017–2018, with a seven‑match ban in 2016 for foul language. Internationally, he earned 58 caps and scored 7 goals for Kazakhstan between 2001 and 2014, debuting against Estonia. In December 2018, Tobol named him Sporting Director, and he has since served as Tobol’s assistant, caretaker, and manager (from 2024), while also working with Kazakhstan U21 (assistant, 2021–2023) and becoming Kazakhstan's assistant again from 2025.
