Noriko Sato (Satō Noriko, 佐藤紀子), born May 26, 1959, in Tokyo, Japan, is a Japanese figure skating coach and former ice dancer. She competed in ice dancing with Tadayuki Takahashi starting in 1979. The pair finished 17th at the 1984 Winter Olympics. They were the first Japanese ice dancers to compete at the Olympics, and they became the first to win an international competition, at Prague Skate in 1984. Sato was a six-time Japanese national champion from 1980 to 1985. She is now a coach at KOSÉ Shin-Yokohama Skate Center.
