Harold Noel Dellow (14 February 1929 – 1 September 2021) was a New Zealand cricketer who played for Canterbury in the mid-1950s. Born in Ashburton, he was a left-handed batsman and a right-arm medium-pace bowler, mainly used as a bowler. He appeared in five first-class matches for Canterbury between 1955 and 1956. In the 1955-56 Plunket Shield match against Auckland, he opened the bowling with 3 for 84 and scored 15 not out, his best first-class performance. He finished his Canterbury career with 11 wickets at 33.36 and 37 runs at 5.28, with a top score of 15*.

Dellow spent most of his life in South Canterbury. In 1959-60 he played for a South Island Minor Associations XI against the touring Australians, taking 5 for 63 off 30 overs, though his side lost. He later served as executive director of the South Canterbury Cricket Association and was awarded life membership. By profession he was a chartered accountant based in Timaru, where he lived in retirement. He died in Timaru on 1 September 2021 at the age of 92.
