Nishi-Tsubame Station
Nishi-Tsubame Station (西燕駅) is a small JR East station on the Yahiko Line in Tsubame city, Niigata Prefecture, Japan. It is 8.0 kilometers from Yahiko Station, the line’s terminus. The station has a single side platform serving one bi-directional track and is unattended. It opened on 25 December 1954. After the privatization of Japanese National Railways on 1 April 1987, control of the station passed to JR East.
