Nila (TV series)
Nila is a Tamil TV drama that aired on Sun TV from March 18, 2019, to April 24, 2021. It ran for 489 episodes and stars Bavithra and Hemanth. The show was produced by Srikanth Entertainment Pvt Ltd and is a Tamil remake of the Telugu serial Anandaragam. It was broadcast every Monday to Saturday.
The story follows Nila and her love, Karthik, who dream of studying abroad. Nila’s mother Kousalya, her brother Narayanan, and a wealthy antagonist named Neelambari oppose their plans. The drama centers on Kousalya’s strange attitude toward Nila and whether Karthik and Nila’s father Rajasekhar can survive Neelambari’s schemes and help Nila achieve her dream.
