Nikola Girke (born December 30, 1977) is a Canadian sailor from Grande Prairie, Alberta. A five-time Olympian, she has competed at the highest level in three sailing disciplines and earned top-10 world finishes in each. She finished 13th in the 470 class at the 2004 Olympics, then switched to RS:X windsurfing and placed 17th in 2008. She finished 10th in RS:X at the 2012 Games. In 2016, she competed in Rio de Janeiro as part of Canada’s Nacra 17 team with Luke Ramsay, finishing 15th. She also sailed windsurfing at the Pan American Games in 2011 (4th) and 2015 (6th). Girke earned a Human Kinetics degree from the University of British Columbia (UBC) and works as a Certified Executive and Emotional Intelligence coach. She represented Canada again at the 2020 Summer Olympics.
