Nick Margerrison (born 1977) is a radio presenter and musician. He used to host the weekend overnight show on LBC 97.3 and now fronts the band Chimps of the Future.

He studied English literature at the University of Essex, where he began in radio at University Radio Essex. He became Station Manager and helped the station win its first FM licence on a short-term restricted service licence, plus a trial low-power AM licence.

He then worked in local radio on Oak FM in Loughborough and The Bay in Lancaster. He joined Hallam FM in South Yorkshire in 2001 and stayed until 2007, hosting overnight and afternoon shows, and then the late-night phone-in Nick at Night, which encouraged a wide range of views with little caller screening.

On 23 October 2007 he became the late-night presenter for Kerrang! 105.2, hosting The Night Before with co-host Amy Jones. The show mixed music and interviews and followed a no-screening policy, featuring many fringe guests. Kerrang! Radio announced on 23 June 2009 that he would be leaving for economic reasons.

He filmed two series of Esoteria for Controversial TV on Sky channel 200. He then began hosting the overnight show on LBC 97.3 on 10 September 2009, taking over from Anthony Davis.

In March 2012 he was dropped from LBC 97.3 and later presented evenings on The Bay. He hosts LateNightLive on TV, works for TopMedTalk in West London, and runs the Cult of Nick podcast.

Nick Margerrison is an ordained Discordian (the fifth Pope of the High Church) who usually describes himself as an atheist.
