Overview
The New Bourbon Regional Port Authority is a river port on the Mississippi River in Ste. Genevieve County, Missouri. It helps move goods and supports the local economy, handling agricultural products and other commodities for markets at home and abroad.

Location and access
The port sits on the west bank of the Mississippi River in eastern Missouri, about 60 miles south of St. Louis. It has easy access to major highways, including Interstate 55.

Dock upgrades
The port received major dock upgrades in 2020, improving its facilities.

Ferry service
Modoc Ferry connects Ste. Genevieve, Missouri with Modoc, Illinois across the Mississippi River. Operated by the port authority, the ferry runs year-round and serves local farmers, truckers, and tourists. It is also a convenient route for cyclists on the Great River Road and the Mississippi River Bicycle Trail.
