Nathaniel O. Murray
Nathaniel Orlando Murray (February 7, 1834 – July 27, 1882) was an American steamboat owner and politician in Wisconsin. He was born in Evans, New York, moved to Wisconsin in 1848, and lived in Fox Lake before settling in Pepin County in 1855. He ran a steamboat on Lake Pepin and also served as justice of the peace, sheriff, and deputy sheriff for Pepin County. In 1882 he was elected to the Wisconsin State Assembly as a Republican. He died in Lake City, Iowa, while still in office.
