Morrison Natural History Museum is a small museum in Morrison, Colorado. It opened in 1989 and has been run by the Town of Morrison since 1995. The museum features dinosaur fossils found nearby and hands-on exhibits that are fun for both kids and adults. It is funded by admission fees, gift shop sales, grants, and private donations.

The lower level focuses on local paleontology and Jurassic fossils, while the upper level showcases Cretaceous and Cenozoic fossils. Outside, there’s a rock garden and a fossil dig pit.

Highlights include skulls of Tyrannosaurus, Triceratops, and Tylosaurus, skeletons of Stegosaurus and Pteranodon, and infant dinosaur tracks. The museum also displays live reptiles and amphibians and has a paleontology lab where fossils are prepared for exhibits and research.
