Moose River Congregational Church is a historic church located at 2 Heald Stream Road on the corner with US Route 201 in Jackman, Maine. The church belongs to the United Church of Christ.

The congregation organized in June 1890, and the current church building was constructed in 1890–91 and dedicated in 1892. It is a local example of Gothic Revival architecture, notable for its early design that shows the tower more closely integrated with the main sanctuary.

The building is a single-story wooden structure with a gable roof. A projecting tower and vestibule rise at the front. The entrance is centered and flanked by pilasters and narrow pointed-arch windows; the double-door entry is topped by a dentil moulding and a triangular stained-glass window.

The tower has two stages: the first above the entrance with narrow pointed-arch windows, and a second stage with similar windows and corner pilasters, followed by a pyramidal roof with wood shingles. An open belfry sits atop the tower, with pointed-arch openings on each side, and a weather vane crowning the steeple.

Although the Jackman area was settled around 1820, regular religious services did not occur for many years. By the late 1880s the population could support a church, and Moose River Congregational Church was formed and built. The church was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1998.
