Mixt Greens
MIXT is a fast-casual restaurant offering chef-crafted salads, grain bowls, market plates, and sandwiches made with local and organic ingredients. It was founded in 2005 in San Francisco by Andrew Swallow and siblings Leslie and David Silverglide. In 2009, it was acquired by Inventages, a Nestlé-backed investment firm. The founders bought the company back in 2012 to expand nationwide, and in 2016 the brand dropped “Greens” to become MIXT. By 2022, MIXT had 14 locations across California, Arizona, and Texas.
