Minnampalli is a village in Vazhapadi taluk, Salem district, Tamil Nadu, India. It covers about 7.7 square kilometers in the western part of the taluk, near the border with Salem taluk. It is 14 kilometers west of Vazhapadi and 11 kilometers east of Salem, about 270 kilometers southwest of Chennai.

As of 2011, Minnampalli had 9,327 residents living in 2,272 households. The population was about 51% male (4,770) and 49% female (4,557). About 1,001 children (around 11%) were aged 6 or younger. The literacy rate was 69.0%. Scheduled Castes made up about 51.9% of the population, while Scheduled Tribes accounted for 0.06%.

The population density is roughly 1,200 people per square kilometer.
